FIRST AID AT WORK (& FAW REFRESHER)   Note to schools & colleges:

The new 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is now seen as a suitable alternative to the full 3 day First Aid at Work award, because schools and colleges are generally regarded as 'low risk' environments. Emergency First Aid at Work is suitable for adults, including employees. Schools should therefore balance this with suitable staff who hold the 2 day Paediatric First Aid award.
